General

ALPINA Parking has been operating modern parking garages, underground garages and parking spaces in various cities in Germany and Austria for over 27 years. Our parking solutions are tailor-made for private individuals, municipalities, clinics and companies.

We operate parks in cities such as Detmold, Munich, Leipzig, Regensburg, Rüsselsheim, Starnberg and others. You can find a complete overview on our website under Locations.

Most of our facilities are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can find more detailed information on the respective location page.

Signage and ticket machines are generally available in German and English.
Access & driveway

Depending on the location, access is either via a barrier or barrier-free. Tickets or camera-based license plate recognition are used for entry and exit.

SNAP&DRIVE is our digital payment system – either completely without a barrier via license plate recognition or as a mobile payment option in classic parking garages with a barrier.

The entrance height varies depending on the parking garage (e.g. 2.00 m to 2.10 m). Please check the information on the respective location page.

Please contact customer service via the intercom at our ticket machine. A flat rate will be charged for lost tickets.
Payment

We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Online payment is possible via the Pay Later portal, depending on location.

SNAP&DRIVE is our digital payment system for mobile payment on site and online payment after the exit (“Pay Later”). The Pay Later function is only available at barrier-free locations – after exiting, simply visit our website or scan one of the QR codes on site to pay. Pay Later is not available at locations with barriers, but you can still use SNAP&DRIVE to make mobile payments directly on site – without a pay station.

At certain locations with SNAP&DRIVE, you can simply drive out and pay the parking fee online later. To pay online, please go to our website and follow the link to the pay later portal or use one of the QR codes on site. The payment period is 72 hours.

Yes, you can print out a receipt directly at the checkout machine. If you pay online, the receipt will be sent by e-mail

The current rates are displayed at the entrance to the parking garage, on the pay machine and on our website.

If there are any problems with the payment, please contact our support with details of the transaction. We will check the case and refund the amount if necessary.
Long-term parking & reservation

Yes – we offer attractive long-term parking options for residents, commuters and companies. Please write to contract@alpina-parking.com or use the contact form for an individual offer.

We do not offer special season or weekend tickets, but we do offer long-term parking contracts for regular users.

As a rule, our parking garages can be used without a reservation. For permanent parking spaces or special solutions, please contact us directly at contract@alpina-parking.com.
E-mobility & services

We are offering e-charging points at more and more locations. Availability varies – please check the respective location page for more information.

Yes, we work with many institutions and offer customized conditions. Contact us for partnerships or framework agreements.

Yes, there are specially marked women’s parking spaces available at many locations. These are located in well-lit, clearly visible areas near the exits and entrances.

Our facilities are generally under video surveillance, well lit and regularly checked. Nevertheless, we recommend that you do not leave any valuables in the vehicle.

Each location is marked accordingly on the website. You will also find notices at the entrance or in the checkout area.

If you exceed the paid parking time, the additional fee will be charged according to the regular rates. The parking time is automatically recorded at SNAP&DRIVE locations.

Yes, disabled parking spaces are available at all larger locations. These are signposted accordingly and positioned close to the exits.
