The efficient operation of parking garages is our strength. We have sustainably increased turnover at 61 locations to date – with individually adapted operating concepts and clear economic targets. Our success is based on balanced, long-term lease and management agreements with our partners. At the same time, we react flexibly to new opportunities in order to exploit potential in the short term and secure long-term success.
Properties
Investments in parking garage properties are a central component of our strategy. With over 27 years of experience and a strong capital base, we examine and acquire properties quickly and soundly. Through Alpina Parking Properties, we purchase underground parking garages, multi-storey parking lots and parking spaces, and through Alpina Parking Spaces, individual parking spaces – preferably as a package. Ownership and heritable building rights form the foundation for sustainable success.
Consulting
Alpina Consulting provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of parking – from funding programs, planning and refurbishment to technology for operation, security and fire protection. We accompany urban development projects, develop charging infrastructure and provide support for in-house operation. Our clients: local authorities, hospitals, airports, architects, developers and owners of parking properties.
