To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and committed Property Manager (m/f/d) full-time for our Nuremberg location.
Your tasks
- Independent supervision and organization of several park properties
- Monitoring and control of technical systems and operating equipment
- Contact person for our customers and support for long-term parkers
- Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety standards in the properties
- Support in cash and revenue management and in optimizing parking space utilization
- Monitoring of maintenance and repair appointments
- Carrying out minor repairs and coordinating service providers
- Support in personnel planning and management (if employees are subordinate)
- Documentation and reporting to the regional management
Your profile
- Completed technical, craft or service-oriented training
- Experience in property management or facility management desirable
- Organizational talent, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Very good knowledge of German, ideally also English
- Well-groomed, friendly appearance and customer orientation
- Class B driver’s license
