Through Alpina Parking Properties, we purchase underground parking garages, multi-storey parking lots and parking spaces, and through Alpina Parking Spaces, individual parking spaces – preferably as a package. Ownership and heritable building rights form the foundation for sustainable success.

Alpina Consulting provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of parking – from funding programs, planning and refurbishment to technology for operation, security and fire protection. We accompany urban development projects, develop charging infrastructure and provide support for in-house operation. Our clients: local authorities, hospitals, airports, architects, developers and owners of parking properties.
