ALPINA Parking, a group of companies active in Austria and Germany, will take over the operation of the historic Astoria Garage from 1918 in the Josefstadt district of Vienna from November 29, 2025. The building, which was converted into a tower garage with 442 parking spaces in the 1930s, is one of the first daylight garages in Vienna and one of the largest and oldest of its kind in Europe.

Alpina Parking has been awarded the contract by Concrete Capital to operate around 400 parking spaces at City Center Gersthofen. This includes a two-storey underground garage and around 50 outdoor parking spaces. Commissioning is planned for April 1, 2026.

Rüsselsheim. In September 2025, ALPINA Parking from Munich took over the management of three central municipal parking garages in Rüsselsheim.

Alpina manages three centrally located parking properties in Rüsselsheim on behalf of the city. They contain a total of 742 parking spaces.
