ALPINA Parking has been awarded the contract to operate around 400 parking spaces at the City-Center Gersthofen near Augsburg.

The Munich-based investor Concrete Capital has commissioned Alpina to manage around 400 parking spaces at the City-Center Gersthofen shopping center near Augsburg.

ALPINA Parking Deutschland GmbH from Munich has taken over the operation of around 600 parking spaces at Klinikum St. Georg in Leipzig. The parking garage operator for individual management and utilization concepts concluded the long-term lease agreement with Klinikum St. Georg GmbH at the beginning of the year.

Leipzig – One of the most modern parking garages in Germany is now located in the trade fair city. The operator ALPINA Parking took over the lease at Klinikum St. Georg at the beginning of the year and has since adapted and modernized the parking facilities.

Alpina Parking is now responsible for operating the parking spaces on the grounds of the St. Georg Hospital in Leipzig. This involves a total of around 600 parking spaces, which are to be supplemented by a further 400 in the future.
