Munich
Alpina car park on Karlsplatz (Stachus) coming 2025
What is probably the most state-of-the-art public car park in Europe will open its doors in early 2026 on the site of our former headquarters. A fully automatic parking system will provide around 550 short- and long-term users with convenient and secure space for their car right in the heart of Munich.

This 75-space underground car park, which is mainly used by staff and customers of the Kreissparkasse, also offers visitors to central Munich low-cost parking a stone’s throw from the city centre. That’s a real insider’s tip for you!

We were delighted to open a new site in Munich on 1 May 2023 that offers over 300 spaces for both long-term and occasional parking.
NEW: Alpina underground car park at Perlach Plaza
The third public car park that we have taken over with effect from 1 February 2024 is the underground facility at the Perlach Plaza shopping centre in Munich’s Neuperlach district. The state-of-the-art car park was opened in late 2022 and boasts 448 spaces and 46 charging stations for electric vehicles.

Starnberg
Alpina car park underneath Kirchplatz in Starnberg
Like its counterpart in Munich, this underground car park not only boasts some 140 spaces for Kreissparkasse staff and customers – day trippers and visitors to Starnberg town centre are also more than welcome to park here. And it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the lakeside path.

Owned by the Alpina Group, the Centrum car park enjoys an ideal location in Starnberg and has ample room for short- and long-term users with its 307 spaces. It is a mere 50 metres from Kirchplatz, while Lake Starnberg with its landing stage is only a few minutes’ walk away.

Dachau
Alpina Parking management at NuPark
We were delighted to open a new site just on the outskirts of Munich on 1 February 2024. At the NuPark business park in Dachau, which is currently under construction, Alpina Parking will initially be managing four new multi-storey and underground car parks (P2, P4, P6 and P7), offering a total of 499 spaces for both long-term and occasional parking. Further multi-storey and underground car parks are already planned for the site.

Regensburg
Alpina underground car park at the Dörnbergforum
Alpina Parking has run the modern underground car park at the Dörnbergforum shopping centre since 1 February 2024. The public car park has 301 spaces across two levels and is just 1.5 kilometres away from the city’s Domplatz. The centre of Regensburg is only around 15 minutes’ walk away.
