Alpina Parking takes over parking management at NuPark Dachau
We were delighted to open a new site just on the outskirts of Munich on 1 February 2024. At the NuPark business park in Dachau, which is currently under construction, Alpina Parking will initially be managing four new multi-storey and underground car parks (P2, P4, P6 and P7), offering a total of 499 spaces for both long-term and occasional parking. Further multi-storey and underground car parks are already planned for the site.

Underground car park acquired at the Dörnbergforum in Regensburg
Alpina Parking has run the modern underground car park at the Dörnbergforum shopping centre since 1 February 2024. The public car park has 301 spaces across two levels and is just 1.5 kilometres away from the city’s Domplatz. The centre of Regensburg is only around 15 minutes’ walk away.

Underground car park acquired at Perlach Plaza in Munich
The third public car park that we have taken over with effect from 1 February 2024 is the underground facility at the Perlach Plaza shopping centre in Munich’s Neuperlach district. The state-of-the-art car park was opened in late 2022 and boasts 448 spaces and 46 charging stations for electric vehicles.

Mr Jörg Kollmeier is to strengthen our team as HEAD OF OPERATIONS.
Mr Kollmeier, who has a degree in business management and many years’ experience in developing properties and above- and underground car parks, will be heading up our development and operations team from 1 January 2024.

Expansion
Kreissparkasse München Starnberg Ebersberg and ALPINA expand their successful collaboration! From February 1st 2023, ALPINA will manage the underground car park at Sendlinger-Tor-Platz in the center of Munich for KSK.
OCTOBER 2022
Reopening
After a year of remodeling, the KSK Starnberg underground car park, managed by ALPINA, will reopen at the beginning of October 2022.
MAY 2022
Name change
As of 1 May 2022, the Parkhaus Centrum Starnberg Besitz GmbH was renamed Alpina Parking Properties GmbH. This was an additional step towards standardising names for the Alpina Parking and Alpina Living group of companies.
