Your tasks
- Act as the first telephone contact person for our partners and customers at our representative company headquarters in Munich-Bogenhausen
- Support the management in their tasks
- Plan, coordinate and prepare appointments for the management team
- Handle correspondence and internal/external communication
- Organise meetings and discussions
- Receive and entertain customers and business partners
- Take on challenging project tasks
- Act as an important internal and external interface within the company
- Take responsibility for operational tasks such as correspondence, contract and document management, travel management and travel expense reporting
- Make preparations for business decisions
- Take over special topics for the management

- Control and supervision of the properties / projects assigned to you
- Continuous technical inspections of existing properties
- Technical due diligence as part of the purchase of new parking properties
- Technical support for international consulting mandates
Your profile
- Completed technical and/or commercial training and, ideally, knowledge of the infrastructure industry
- Tech savvy
- Flexible with strong communication skills and a friendly and convincing manner
- Solution oriented with a focus on team success
- Confident in using common MS Office programs
- Very good English skills
- Driving license class 3/B
